My name is Dr. Anne Mburu-de Wagt. I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach, trained by Erickson Coaching International. I attained my coaching certification in December 2021 and my ICF ACC accreditation in December 2022. I provide leadership coaching, nutrition coaching and life coaching.

Over the past three years I have coached leaders in the environmental and conservation space. One organisation is leadership fellowship training women working in African environmental conservation field. I also coach clients of an organisation that works with environmental and climate change leaders and activists. I also coach refugees through an NGO named Refugee JumpStart. Most recently, I provide coaching to women leaders working in Social Justice through the Women’s Impact Alliance.

I hold a Doctorate in Human Nutrition, specialising in micronutrients and infectious disease from the University of Ulster at Coleraine in Northern Ireland. I have experience as an international nutrition professional with consulting and upstream advisory roles in the UN network globally. I have held academic and research roles in the Gambia, South Africa, Kenya, the Netherlands and Namibia. I am passionate about translating nutrition science into practical guidance and tools that support informed, quality and appropriate decision making.

I am a 2011 Alumnus of the African Nutrition Leadership Programme (ANLP), and a 2016 faculty member.
